Dear Homeowner:

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home and welcome to the Palma Sola Bay Club family.  Every home that we sell comes with outstanding commitment to the customer.  It is a commitment to doing things right and standing behind what we do. While we are committed to building you a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that mistakes can be made or that something in the home may not perform as intended.

Your home is guaranteed by us. We guaranty the home against defects in original material and workmanship for one year from the date of closing.

We want to hear from you.  We want to know if you have a problem with your home that you believe is the result of a defect in original material or workmanship.  During the warranty period, we will look at the problem, and if we agree, we will correct the problem at no charge to you. Simply put, if it’s our fault, we will fix it!  We also want to know of any property management concern that you might have.

Our commitment to you includes direct access to our warranty and property management personnelPlease follow the procedure below to report your warranty or property management concern, as contacting other personnel not on this list will only slow down the resolution process.

Step 1:

Should you experience a problem, please fill out the Palma Sola Bay Club Customer Service Request Form at to ensure that your request is documented and tracked properly.  Be sure to tell us your full name, best contact phone number, email address, condo number and a description of the issue that you are experiencing.  We will do our best to contact you within 24 hours of your inquiry.

Step 2:

We recognize that occasionally our personnel are away from work or that certain miscommunication can occur.  Thus, if you have not received a satisfactory response to your inquiry within 24 hours, please call our corporate office for Bradenton Cove Construction at (321) 972-0877, Option 2, inform them that you are a Palma Sola Bay Club resident and that you have not received a satisfactory response to your inquiry.  We will expedite your request.
