Shabby Chic Market At Convention Center

Saturday, Aug. 19: The Shabby Chic Vintage Market and Artisan Day will take over the Bradenton Convention Center on Saturday offering Bradenton a unique shopping experience. You will find all kinds of artisans, live music, original art, painted furniture, antique vendors and more. It’s like a specialty flea market, with about 100 vendors offering everything from boutique clothing to farmhouse tables. Admission and parking are free.  Saturday, August 19, from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.

Celtic “Kilt Night” At Bradenton’s Motorworks Brewing

6:00 pm – Midnight: Among the attractions at the first Motorworks Kilt Night are area bands that play Irish music (Blue Skye Pipes & Drums, a Sarasota group made up entirely of women, and Celtic Conundrum), traditional Irish dance companies (the Drake School of Irish Dance and Fiona O’Reilly) and a full menu of traditional Celtic food.
