Dear Homeowner:

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home and welcome to the Palma Sola Bay Club family.  Every home that we sell comes with outstanding commitment to the customer.  It is a commitment to doing things right and standing behind what we do. While we are committed to building you a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that mistakes can be made or that something in the home may not perform as intended.

Your home is guaranteed by us. We guaranty the home against defects in original material and workmanship for one year from the date of closing.

We want to hear from you.  We want to know if you have a problem with your home that you believe is the result of a defect in original material or workmanship.  During the warranty period, we will look at the problem, and if we agree, we
will correct the problem at no charge to you. Simply put, if it’s our fault, we will fix it!  We also want to know of any
property management concern that you might have.

Our commitment to you includes direct access to our warranty and property management personnel.  Please follow
the procedure below to report your warranty or property management concern, as contacting other personnel not on this list will only slow down the resolution process.

Emergencies: If your problem is causing immediate further damage to your home, please also contact the Castle Group at (800) 337-5850.
