Pickleball is a paddle spot that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a Wiffle Ball over a net. There are several groups in the area. Courts are within walking distance.

Water Aerobics – Every Tuesday at 4 PM with Pam Colburne, Instructor ($5 fee)
Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in a swimming pool. It is a type of resistance training. Exercising in water builds cardiovascular stamina, strength, and flexibility, helps burn body fat, increases circulation, and can help you rehabilitate healing muscles and joints. With so many benefits, you can see why you should join us in our resort style, heated pool.
