It’s been about three months since the first case of COVID-19 was reported in the United States.
In the time since that Washington state case was confirmed on Jan. 20, we’ve seen the coronavirus impact virtually every aspect of American life. That includes how we’re doing things here at Palma Sola Bay Club.
If you’re a resident here at Palma Sola Bay Club, then you know we take pride in being an amenity-rich, comfortable place to live. But during these uncertain, concerning times, our primary focus is on keeping all of our residents safe.
Here’s an overview of the steps our condominium management team is taking to help keep our residents safe.
Getting the Correct Info
Unfortunately, you can’t trust everything you read on the internet.
And in these unprecedented times, having the wrong information can lead to potentially devastating consequences. That’s why our team is following trusted news sources for updates about COVID-19 and how it is spreading, both locally and nationally.
We know there is some debate over whether closing businesses, staying at home, and cleaning every day is the correct reaction to the coronavirus. But we also know it’s crucial to follow the guidelines from trusted resources. That’s why we are taking every possible precaution to protect our residents.
We encourage you to stay informed about COVID-19 as well.
Strong Condominium Management Cleaning Standards
A virus like COVID-19 can spread through person-to-person contact. Plus, it can also remain active on hard surfaces for at least several hours.
That’s why our condominium management team has implemented new hygienic standards for our staff. We keep a distance of six feet from each other and our residents whenever possible to lessen the chance of spreading COVID-19.
We are also vamping up our cleaning efforts. While we’ve always maintained a spotless community, we are now focused on disinfecting all major touch points several times a day. That includes common areas like the clubhouse as well as handrails, elevator buttons, and doorknobs.
We also encourage our residents to use face masks, gloves, and other personal protective gear to help slow the spread of COVID-19, both in our community and when venturing beyond it.
You might not be able to experience our surrounding community in the way you’re accustomed to right now. But we’re working hard to make sure you can still enjoy a clean, safe living environment here at Palma Sola Bay Club.
We’re Here for You
The coronavirus crisis is unlike anything we’ve experienced in our lifetimes. We know it is affecting people’s finances, daily routines, and mental well-being. If your situation has changed because of the coronavirus, we are here for you.
